Aefa Mulholland is a writer and chef who lives in Toronto, Canada, and Glasgow, Scotland. She has worked in restaurants and hotels in Scotland, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and the US, and written about food and travel for The Irish Times, Miami Herald, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Budget Travel, AOL, Curve, and many, many more publications.
Her travel memoir, "The Scottish Ambassador: Learning How to Be Scottish in America" was published by P+H Books.
A graduate of the Scottish Hotel School, Strathclyde University, Glasgow, Aefa also has a degree in Creative Writing from Canada's University of Guelph.
