    Leaving seaman inside the vagina does not cause a yeast infection. Yeast and othe organisms occur naturally in the vagina in a natural balance. This ballance cat get upset from duching, taking antibiotics and sometimes bath salts or bubble bath. When it gets upset an infection can occur. My wife can't use bubble bath for this reason.
    There are benifits to having seaman in the vagina including testosterone which is absorbed through the vagina walls. It is also believed that other things in the seaman causes an elevation of mood in the woman. Outside of the mess there is no down side to leaving it in.     I stand corrected. Aparently it can make the condidions right for an infection. However the wifes Geinocologist never mentioned it as a cause and she hasn't had a problem with it. The only thing he mentioned was that urinating soon after intercourse could help prevent bladder infections.
