There have been a spate of bomb threats to schools in the recent past, most of them turning out to be hoax after the investigation.

A private school in the Dwarka area of the national capital received a bomb threat on Friday morning, Delhi Police said, adding that the threat turned out to be a hoax upon investigation.
Besides DPS Dwarka, two other schools in NCR — DPS Faridabad and Lotus Valley School, Noida — also received similar hoax bomb threats.

Arvind Kejriwal Reacts
Former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal took a potshot at the Delhi Police over the threat and said that criminals have a morale high to issue threats as they have not been caught yet.
“Today another school has received a threat. The morale of the criminals and the people who threaten is high because till date no one who threatens has been caught," Kejriwal posted on X.
Previous Bomb Threats To Schools
Earlier last week on Saturday, several schools in the city, including RK Puram’s Delhi Public School, received bomb threat via email for the second consecutive day.
The fire department, dog squads and bomb detection teams were rushed to the spot, however, after a thorough investigation, nothing suspicious was found.
On Friday last week, around 30 schools received bomb threats over email in the early hours.
However, nothing suspicious was recovered after a detailed investigation.
The recent threats follow closely behind threat emails sent to at least 44 schools on December 9, which police later dismissed as hoaxes.
In May, over 250 schools, hospitals, and other establishments were targeted with similar email threats, which remain unresolved.
