Got a pot of sauce on, rich tomato sauce with ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper, oregano, basil and other fresh or dried herbs. Been simmering for five hours, just need to cook the pasta, make a salad and finish baking the breadsticks.

Perfect meal on a chilly night.

I think I'm headed that way now, 3dogs, chili, cheese, mustard, Sweet Tea, Crispy Oatmeal Cookies,
Dessert = shards, cigarettes, and more Sweet Tea, and possibly few more Oatmeal Cookies

I went to the bar and had wings a alittle whiskey

 

1/2 rack of ribs and a small Italian pasta salad... Did the ribs in my Turkey Roaster.. came out pretty good...

 

Been aging some ny strip steaks. I am going to fire off the grill with some bacon wrapped asparagus,bake potatoes and armadillo eggs

 

Honey chicken and teriyaki noodles

 

Swordfish Siciliano, cappers, cherry tomatoes, and olives in a spicy tomato sauce.

 

Simple food. I grilled a beef tenderloin steak and roasted a beet and some cauliflower tossed in olive oil, herbes du Provence and kosher salt.

I often find the simplest dishes the most flavourful.

Lasagna...great sauce from this place, I intended to save half for tomorrow...it was so good, I'm such a pig!

I wouldn’t normally eat ham twice in one day, but it was so good and I was feeling kinda lazy about coming up with something new.

So, grilled ham, steamed cauliflower and a double cheese sauce (cheddar and cream). Whole thing took me about 15 minutes start to finish.

 

Noshed all afternoon,no dinner for me.
